what our clients think.....
Hi guys, just got back tired but very happy! Thank you so much for arranging everything for me. I had a wonderful time and really enjoyed myself. The highlight of my trip was the horse trek with Ariane. It was a truly peaceful and relaxing two days...and I saw a Patagonia which I've always dreamt of. It was great seeing a very different way of life at the Mapuche home we visited (an opportunity you'd never get with a large travel company). Also being able to fit in the Spanish lessons was a real bonus. It was lovely to meet you and wish you both the very best for the future. If I come back to Argentina again (which I think is highly likely) I'll be in touch!!
Trish and I are retired but very active. We wanted 50% of our holiday to be an active introduction to the key sights of Patagonia and 50% trekking in the top National Parks of Argentina and Chile. Dom was brilliant. He recommended the itinerary, organised all the nitty-gritty,accompanied us on the big treks and pointed out every bird in the Southern Hemisphere (Dom really knows his birds!). It turned out definitely the best holiday ever. The things we expected to be spectacular certainly were. But what sticks just as much in the memory were the huge fantastic skies on the Argentina Steppes, and the nights on an Estancia a hundred miles from anywhere, or anything except for thousands of head of cattle and sheep , and the condor and eagle gorging on a dead sheep by the roadside. Just fantastic! I cant recommend Aventuraargentina too strongly.
You have to go horse riding with Aventura Argentina. I hadn't been on a horse before and was pretty nervous but it was amazing. I ended up extending my stay on the estancia by nearly a week.I'll be back for more...next time to Salta!

Driving up the ruta 40 all the way to Bariloche from Paine was brilliant. We stayed in some authentic estancias, and met some interesting characters thats for sure, and we some great wildlife on the way. We crammed in a huge amount of stuff - including trekking in Paine for 5 days, but also had time to relax - especially in the jeep driving up those endless roads!
What better way to spend your honeymoon. Thanks guys!

When i came to Argentina i was not expecting to fall in love with the country. When i did, it had a lot to do with your knowledge and enthusiam. For every island we sailed past in the Chilean fjords, Dominic had a great story about the history. Many of the places we stayed in, (and some of the food we ate!), you just wouldn't ever experience on your own or with a big tour company. I can't recommend Aventura's trips highly enough. If you're thinking of going anywhere in Argentina make sure you speak to these guys!
Argentina was top, especially playing football with some locals by Mount Fitz Roy - and watching a real football game in Buenos Aires. Aventura go out of their way to make sure you see the bits of the country you couldn't get to otherwise, meet the locals, and generally have a fantastic time. Hugely recommended.
You want your honeymoon to be perfect, and ours was. Argentina is incredible. We saw everything from the biggest waterfall to the longest glaciers, and it was made extra special by Aventura's attention to detail and their knowledge. We spoke to lots of other people who had been horse riding there, for example, and none of them had ridden right across the Andes with some genuine gauchos! Things like that will stay with us for ever.

We went to Argentina last year with Dom and have just got back from Bolivia - again with him. That says it all really, but they were awesome, and sorted out a horse riding expedition for us in Bolivia and a trip into Chile through the deserts. We did so much more in a few weeks than we could have done our own and we went exactly where we wanted. The altiplano is a land of real contrasts, if you've been to Argentina you'll love this area. Cheers!

We had the most wonderful time. The sea kayaking (in Chile) was the most amazing bit. We canoed with Richardo and it started to snow .... it was magical. We could not camp so we stayed with gauchos, but what an experience, they were so kind and we just joined in ...amazing. Woke in the morning to one foot of snow and then continued our paddling in all the snow. Fernando then met us in the Zodiac and took us to see sealions and loads of different wildlife ... very lucky. Fab hostal for the last night which we really needed as we were so tired. Got the bus ok back to El Calafate - sun was shining, had a long lunch and got back to BA very tired but just amazed. Loads and loads of thanks.

Hi Dom ! Just a quick note to say how incredible our trip was - thank you for everything you did. We know we were guinea pigs on your Atacama and Altiplano tour but everything ran so smoothly, even though this being a remote and difficult region - we did spend a day helping out some other tourists whose jeep had broken down in the desert! We loved San Pedro and please send our thanks to Guillermo for all the trips he took us on there. Really amazing scenery and company. See you next time for Patagonia, when it becomes a bit warmer down there!

PS. The children haven't stopped talking about flamingos and planets since we got back!
Well, I'm writing this from cold, dark and windy London, which is really rather vile. Luckily lots of people at
work have been saying how brown I am, which is slightly making up forit, but not really...
I just wanted to say a massive THANK YOU for all the hard work you went to for us in organising such a wonderful, wonderful trip! I've just been going through all our photos, almost crying as I relived it. We had the most amazing time, and I really can't thank you enough!

Thanks for everything you did. I'm sending you a funny foto from when we went dancing in Carneval in Purmamarca (which was so beautiful) - it was really something wonderful. Unforgetable.
I have always dreamed of going to Tierra del Fuego and it was every bit as romantic and beautiful as i'd hoped. I think a lot was down to Dominic's knowledge and enthusiasm for the place. He know's everything and we explored some uncharted bays by boat and climbed one of the most southern mountains in the world. One of the best trips any of us have been on! Seriously!
